RETURNS/EXCHANGE POLICY

If you are returning Udaranga product, please note that there must be some small irregularities in pattern, weaving, colour, block, design etc. All our products are crafted with love & are purely organic and handmade. Products may vary from the actual picture, hence we would appreciate if you could consider this before returning any product. If you still want to return or exchange a product, we have a very customer-friendly policy as under:

Customer Initiated Exchanges/Returns:

1. If you wish to exchange a product for size or style after purchasing it for any reason, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at support@udaranga.com with the reason for exchange.

2.Please mention the name of item you would like to exchange/ return along with the reason.

3. Free pickups are not available for any of our product. You can contact us for location details and courier the piece to us.

4. Kindly allow us 8-10 working days to get the original product and send you the replacement after the inspection of the product.

5. All exchanges/ returns will be considered for 7 days from the date of delivery. Exchanges will be considered only if the product is unused, not washed and not damaged with original packaging and tags intact.

6. Products will be exchanged in case of size issues, damaged product delivered.

7. Items under sale are not eligible for exchange, return or refund.

ACCESSORIES:

  1. We do not offer any returns.
  2. Exchange will be accepted only under the following conditions:-
  • Any item that may have been sent incorrectly will be replaced immediately.
  • If your product reached to you is defective.

3. Complete unpacking video is required from the start of opening the parcel , 360 degrees with no cuts is mandatory.  

4. If the same product is not available, the customer can select any other product of same amount for exchange. 

Refund Policy:

1. Refunds will be processed within 10-15 working days, after recieving original product back to our location.

2. In case of online payment, the amount will be returned through the same.

3. In case of Cash On Delivery, refund will be processed through neft. Please provide complete Bank information in which you want your refund.
